My Virtual Office

My Virtual Office or MVO – as it is fondly called, offers virtual, administrative services to its clients since 2007.

My Virtual Office officially opened its virtual doors in January 2007. It is a company registered in the twin-island Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, which is situated at the southernmost tip of the Caribbean islands.

My Virtual Office has grown from strength to strength since 2007. MVO is a dedicated, virtual service provider to clients both local and international. It prides itself in the quality of work that is produced and for always going that extra mile with every job and for every client to attain its motto: Exceeding our clients’ expectations.

My Virtual Office is well known for the way it consistently conducts business: professionally, on-time, and with a touch of fun!

Biography

Elise Farrell

Elise Farrell, the first female audio engineer in Trinidad & Tobago and the wider Caribbean, owned and single-handedly operated an audio production house – The R.E.A.L.M. Limited (Recording, Engineering, Audio, for the Love of Music), from 1999 to 2010. Elise is now an audio Producer, Director, Copy and Lyric Writer, with more than 17 years’ experience in the audio production world and also provides graphic design and production to her clients.

Of Martiniquan and Trinbagonian parentage, Elise is creative, multi-talented and multi-skilled. A stage performer at nine, by the age of 16 the Royal School of Music had certified her in Grade 5 Theory and Grade 6 Singing. She credits the skills learned through her musical training with the discipline and attention to detail that she brings to all her business interactions.

A Certified Proof-reader and Editor, she works on many types of documents, including corporate annual reports, presentations and papers for consultants, magazines and general business documents. Her wizardry at the computer and proficiency in software applications give her the edge in optimum time management for project completion and reporting.

Between 2003 and 2004, she began seeing an overwhelming need for administrative support services, moreso in a virtual environment. In October 2006, Elise opened My Virtual Office Limited. My Virtual Office (MVO) offers the following virtual services: Professional Proofreading & Editing; Document Management; Seminar Registration and RSVP Management; Virtual Secretariat Services; Audio Production Management and Email Marketing.

Elise uses her various skills and creative talent to work on and complete projects holistically. She is well known by her clients for her professionalism, straight-talking and on time delivery. Her great communication and reporting skills stem from the seven years she spent as a Flight Attendant with the Trinidad & Tobago international airline – BWIA (now Caribbean Airlines) from 1989 to 1996. Travelling the world has given an appreciation and a delight in different cultures and religions.

There is one Law that Elise has made her motto: The LAW of ‘Love At Work’. She walks a very spiritual road, practices hatha yoga and is a certified Level 1 Reiki Practitioner. A highly intuitive being, her talents and skills are likened to a hummingbird that sips at the sweetness from various flowers. Her experience and knowledge in a vast number of areas allow Elise to bring a holistic approach to any task or project.
